SunDogs Handbook
Sundogs Volleyball Club is now registered as a non-profit organization with Information Services Corporation (ISC). Registration provides the club with a formal legal structure, supports accountability and good governance, and allows us to manage club finances and operations more effectively.
The Policy and Procedures Manual outlines the duties and responsibilities of Executive and Board members, as well as the expectations of athletes, parents, coaches, and team managers. It helps provide consistency in communication, accountability, decision-making, and the overall operation of individual teams and the club as a whole.

In addition to our handbook, the Sundogs, in general, is guided by Sask Volleyball rules and conventions. Follow the link below to find associated documents on their website.
Coaches and teams may also find forms they need to submit expense claims, report on tournament performances for media releases, and an approval form to be submitted before engaging in fundraising activities.
